Placing Your Order / Order Status
I'd rather order by telephone. Is there a number I can call?
  We are Internet based and do not have a toll free 800 number or 24/7 phone coverage. Your fastest option is to place your order through our web site.

As a courtesy to customers who are not comfortable ordering online or are unable to do so, we accept telephone credit card orders at 1-303-668-7264 between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST Monday-Friday.
If we are not available when you call, let the phone ring and you will automatically be sent to voice mail. Please leave your name, telephone number and a convenient time at which you can be reached or Send an Email to Zeno's Flight Shop with that information and we will call you back.
There was a problem when I tried to place my order and it did not go through. What should I do?
  We are very sorry if you are having difficulty placing your order!

1. Make sure you have included all the information requested on the order form, including your credit card's CVV2 number.

We are internet based and do not have toll free 24/7 phone coverage. 3. If you prefer written communication,
send an Email to Zeno's Flight Shop describing what happens when you tried to place your order and we will work with you to solve the problem.

I don't use credit cards. Do you accept checks or money orders?
  We do not accept checks or money orders. You can use PayPal to pay via your bank account.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
My order never arrived.
  Our experience has been that "lost" shipments are extremely rare, but if your shipment does not arrive in a reasonable time, we will send you another at no charge.

We try to answer customer email inquiries received before 7:00PM EST on the same day, seven days a week.

If you ordered from outside the USA, we can't control unexpected delays caused by Customs inspections in your country which may delay your order for a week or more. Most international shipments are delivered normally, but such delays occasionally occur.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If a mistake was made in your order, any omitted items will be shipped no later than the next business day.
