Placing Your Order / Order Status
There was a problem when I tried to place my order and it did not go through. What should I do?
  We are very sorry if you are having difficulty placing your order!

1. Make sure you have included all the information requested on the order form, including your credit card's CVV2 number. Make sure the info is exactly the same as it appears on your credit card account and you phone number matches the one they have on file.

2.Use
By far the fastest and easiest way to place an order through our website both domestically and internationally is by using a PayPal.com account. Then you can use the yellow "PayPal Checkout" button on our shopping cart check out page to send your order to us quickly without having to fill out any personal or credit card info. Signing up for PayPal is easy and free. It has buyer protection, you can have them bill purchases to a credit card or your bank checking account and you'll save time on many websites including eBay. Go to https://www.paypal.com to sign up!

I don't use credit cards. Do you accept checks or money orders?
  We do not accept checks or money orders. You can use PayPal to pay via your bank account.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
My order never arrived.
  Our experience has been that "lost" shipments are extremely rare, but if your shipment does not arrive in a reasonable time, we will send you another at no charge.

We try to answer customer email inquiries received before 7:00PM EST on the same day, seven days a week.

If you ordered from outside the USA, we can't control unexpected delays caused by Customs inspections in your country which may delay your order for a week or more. Most international shipments are delivered normally, but such delays occasionally occur.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If a mistake was made in your order, any omitted items will be shipped no later than the next business day.
