Our goal is "zero defects" -- and we're very close to that. But if you ever receive a materially defective DVD produced by us, we will replace it for free, including shipping & handling.
If you experience a problem, Contact Zeno and describe what happens when you play the disk. Some issues can be resolved by a simple adjustment to your DVD player. If not, we will ship a new replacement DVD immediately at no charge.
